As a lawyer, negotiation advisor, litigator and mediator, I help companies, organizations and business leaders navigate complex disputes and negotiations – often in situations where collaboration has broken down and where the consequences can be both financially and strategically serious.

For more than 15 years I have worked with mediation and interest-based negotiation in business disputes, construction projects and organizational conflicts. Among other things, I have been director of the Mediation Institute and today I work with conflict resolution, strategic negotiation and training of leaders, employees and organizations in handling conflicts more constructively.

My approach combines law, negotiation strategy and a deep understanding of human behavior in conflicts. My goal is not just to end conflicts – but to create solutions that make it possible to move forward and collaborate again.

I assist management, project organizations and professional parties in handling deadlocked situations, reducing the level of conflict and creating solutions that are both legally viable and commercially sustainable.

My work ranges from negotiation and mediation in specific disputes to advice on collaboration and conflict management strategies, including teaching, workshops and development of practical action plans for proactive conflict prevention.

I am internationally recognized as a mediator in Who's Who Legal (Commercial Mediation, 2024-2025) and have been part of the UN's Global Mediation Panel under the UN Ombudsman for Funds and Programmes since 2020.

In addition, I am appointed as a mediator by the Danish Courts Authority and affiliated with, among others, the Danish Arbitration Board for Construction and Civil Engineering, the Danish Arbitration Institute, the Danish Mediation Institute and Disputs.com.
